Allsorts Challenge # 46

Hi folks....yes I'm back again with a challenge card but first let me share the good news....now brace yourselves...and if you are from this part of the country...."haud onto yer galluses"...perhaps it might be an idea to sit down...and put down that cup of tea before you read on.....yes I have made up my mind about the pesky tiles....they are ordered and will be here tomorrow...woooo.....hoooo and I think the sun has come out especially in celebration.....fingers crossed we have seen the last of the nasty weather...bring on the hot and sunny summer they are forecasting....so I can get out into the garden.....blimey that's the next thing that needs a major make-over.
So on with my challenge card.....and yes I've been playing with more goodies from Tim Holtz and Hero Arts for the challenge this week over at Allsorts.....

No DP's
well I decided to make my own....and if you visit here regularly you will know that this is one of my favourite techniques..so it's little wonder that I am not making any dents in the mountains of patterned.....double sided 12 x 12's I have kicking around the cubbyhole

Hero Arts....Stencil Art
Friends Background
Sentiment: Hero Arts..."Thinking of You"
Flowers...Prima
Pearls and caps.....Hobby House

Off to get stuck into some DT stuff or there will be no sneaky peek for tomorrow.
Hugs Kath xxx
Edited to add: to answer Carlyann's question about the My Little Shoebox Alphas....I got mine from my local craft shop Simply Create....but I don't know if Jacqui still has them in stock....but you can get them online from Papermaze....click HERE

  1. Oh Wow Kath - this is so beautiful. I love it so much. The little pearls are so subtle. Bet it is stunning in 'real life'.

And Yahoo for choosing the tiles, you will have to post a piccie, so we can see what you finally went with.

    Have a lovely day.

Glad to hear the tiles are finally chosen. Crafty stuff I can chose instantly, but other non-essential items seem to cause me the same probs as you!

  11. Oh Kath another stunning background and fabulous card! I made an effort with the canvas and the TH Distress inks yesterday - what a complete mess and disaster. Needless to say it ended up in the bin lol. Had fun though and will keep practising.
