D.I.Y. Chaos

Morning folks.....the cold has gone and I am feeling back to normal.....well perhaps not.....why oh why when I am 2 or 3 days behind schedule already did I decide to go down the DIY route again and reorganise my ribbon storage....surely if I had any sense that's a job for when life is a little bit less hectic......
but with a little help from a man who's a dab hand with a screwdriver it didn't take as long as I thought....check out my nice and tidy ribbon shelf and the one above for all things Timmie....just need to fill in all those remaining pesky holes...

and I suspect that I may have a problem....commonly known as a ribbon fetish...seem to be collecting quicker than I can use because....this is the overspill that won't fit on the shelf......

so before The Furry Boy can start mumping and moaning I am having a clear out and will be sending a bumper bag of assorted ribbons to three lovely bloggy buddies chosen at random from comments left this week.....

If you e-mail me with your addresses girls....I will get your ribbon goodies off in the post

Now that peace and calm has been restored to the cubbyhole....I am off to play with my yummy DT kit from Simply Create with some extras that I just had to buy on my last visit and yes that did include ribbon.....just a sneaky peek of some of the deliciousness......

Catch up with you all later......Hugs Kath xxx

  2. Morning Kath,
Looking at the ribbon collection makes me feel a whole lot better about my wool fetish! Enjoy. I think you are very brave parting with any of it. You just know as soon as it is in the post you will have a requirement for the exact same shade and design you had sent off!

  14. I thought I had a problem until I saw your ribbon stash but I now realise that my collection is really quite modest in comparison - and as for all that 'Timmy' stuff, I can see I'm just a beginner!

  23. I love how organized you are. All my ribbons are shoved in a dresser drawer along with my fabric bits, so whenever I want to use some, I have to dig through everything.
