I've got the blues....but not for long....

Morning folks....not feeling such a Frisky Fiskars lady this morning....suffering a bit from the apres showtime blues and the old body has come out in protest at all the high jinks over the last four days....in fact I now feel as though I ran all the way home hanging onto the back of the train.   Coming home is always a bit of an anti-climax....I am missing the buzz of the show..the all day chat with all those lovely crafters and especially my lovely stay over buddies but all good things come to an end and it's time to throw the Fiskars Apron in the wash and hang up the badge until March.

But what did I buy....not a lot really.....got a great deal on promarkers from the lovely Angela at Angel Crafts....some Cut and Dry and stocked up on some essential workshop ink pads
a clock mechanism for a planned altered project and these adorable buttons which were a pressie from my lovely buddy Anne ...she is so naughty
couldn't resist these gorgeous images from Lily Of The Valley....and I'm sure they'll come in handy for my running at the last minute Christmas cards
a gorgeous bumper bumper goodie bag of delicious Craftwork Cards products from the lovely Sue and Julie....thank you girls but you did have me worried....thought I might have to bin most of my clothes to get it all to fit into my suitcase

just have to share these gorgeous chocolate buttons from my lovely teamie Liz.....can I find a way of using them on cards without them melting because they are far too cute to eat.....maybe not but it will be a real struggle to bite into each and every one......NOT.

And I may as well come clean because before long the hideous proof will be making it's way around blogland... believe me the blues didn't last long when I saw these pics on my buddy Carol's blog....our train journey home was absolutely hilarious but I fear that not all our fellow travellers share the same sense of silly humour....just a little bit of Halloween Fun and can you guess who the spooky girls are....

and it was almost a "wet my pants" moment when this lady put the specs on upside down

in fact we are thinking of entering the X Factor next year as "The Spooky Girls"....can't sing a note but hey what do you bet we would make it to the live shows with Louis as our mentor.  Carol was laughing so much that the rest of the pics are just a blurry mess.....whew!!!! thank goodness for that.
But it's back to reality with a bump.....lots of stuff to do today starting off with my Fiskars Invoice and Expenses Sheet.....oh yes how cool that I get paid for playing and having lots of fun....then have a shuffle around in the cubbyhole to make space for my new crafty goodies and of course trying to catch up with what you have all been doing in blogland while I've been away.   And two lovely surprises....arrived home to find an e-mail in my Inbox from the lovely Linda at Simon Says Stamp and Show....I am a Top 3 Winner and get a blinkie to put on my blog.....woooohooooo....and this cute award from the lovely Andrea
thanks girls for brightening up my day with some bloggy love
Catch up with you all tomorrow over at WOYWW....that is if I can get the old crafty motivation working again.
Hugs Kath xxx
