Daring Cardmakers Challenge

Morning folks and hey surprise surprise I am entering this week's challenge over at Daring Cardmakers....it's been a while since I've had time to join in the fun....but the last minute card I made for my friend's birthday just happened to fit the bill perfectly....you didn't really think I would dash off to M&S and buy a card did you.  Crikey that would be me sent to Coventry and definitely off the Christmas Card List.

The challenge this week set by the lovely Vanessa is.....
HOME BAKED
to create at least one embellishment for your card
do I get extra brownie points for doing three

Hero Arts....Cling Dots
Old Letter Writing
Silhouette Grass Design Block
inked with TH Distress Inks....Vintage Photo..Scattered Straw and Wild Honey
Flower created with Fiskars Scalloped Circle Punch
Brads: American Crafts
White Seam Binding coloured with Scattered Straw
Bakers Divine Twine from the Ribbon Girl
and yes my new best friend...Fiskars Bracket Border Punch
Sentiment: Hero Arts...Big Hugs & Birthday Messages

Don't know why but I have suddenly taken a liking to sunny yellow colours....could it be the longer daylight hours when our thoughts turn to lovely warm sunny weather....well we can forget that for the moment....we were back in the grips of winter yesterday....sods law it started falling a tad too heavily for my liking and by the time I set off for my class at Simply Create the world had become a winter wonderland..
Catch up with you all tomorrow.
Hugs Kath xxx
