Less Is More Challenge...Week 19

Morning folks....you already know that we had a bit of a topsy-turvy weekend in the cubbyhole...had planned to do lots of outdoor things but the weather didn't exactly co-operate...one day it's blisteringly hot...the next torrential rain...and yes it is true...make hay while the sun shines...don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today....hence the grass will probably be knee high before we can give it it's weekly short back and sides again.
But it's not all doom and gloom...RAIN...RAIN and more RAIN....means The Furry Boy and his Mum were marooned on that desert island we call the cubbyhole and there was some crafting afoot....first some sneaky peeks of what I've been making with the delicious DT goodies from The Ribbon Girl....yes the ones that I carefully filed away and then couldn't find and whatever made me think that my secret would be safe with Mr Blabbermouth on the loose...

and because the rain had no intention of stopping...I also managed to get a card done for this week's challenge over at Less Is More....
where it's One Layer Week

"IN THE FRAME"

Hero Arts: CL527 Stitched Frame

A great way to achieve a layered look without the layers if you get my drift is by masking and then shading around the stamped images to create depth.  Catch up with you all tomorrow over at WOYWW to share what's on my workdesk and I warn you in advance...I've been a bit naughty again.

  18. Love the look of your Ribbon Girl project - superb colours & textures. Your LIM makes me wonder if this was a His & Hers post, but no - of course not as the themes are feminine...... love that Hero Arts creation & lovely take on the frame theme.
