Paint...paint and more paint....

Morning folks...I'm sure you will have worked out due to the lack of card sharing on here that I've been feeding my new addiction of getting all mucky with paint and I am not complaining one little bit about the glorious weather on Thursday and Friday but oh my giddy aunt I was slowly cooking and being braised to a crisp stuck in the cubbyhole so we moved lock stock and barrel outdoors...let me introduce you to my new fair weather paint studio which also doubles as the cubbyhole chill out area/coffee shop/patio.
and here are my Timmie storage boxes getting the paint treatment...one down...two to go and no watching paint dry moments in these scorching temperatures...
and I love what it says on the tin..."This is Girl's Paint (but boys can use it too)
Moira from Rustiques is planning demo days and workshops on how to use these fabulous paints...so if you want to jazz up some old furniture...give her a call on 01330 844000  to book a place
Thank you to all those who left comments and sent e-mails about my "Cheap as Chips" Butterfly Box and yes I would love if you could join me for a class too but I know it's a long way for most of you to travel...the down side of living at the opposite end of the country from everyone else so as a little thank you for being such lovely bloggy buddies I will do a step-by-step tutorial...hopefully in the not too distant future.
Another big thank you for the lovely card Squirrel sent us for her goodie give-away....isn't it sweet...
and every day sees yet another plant bursting into bloom...
Catch up with you all tomorrow.
Hugs Kath xxx

  6. Aww - LOVE Squirrel's card. And your new outdoor paint studio looks good too!

We have something peculiar and long forgotten falling from the sky today . . . I think it's called RAIN! HOORAY for my poor parched garden.

  9. Looks like you've been busy painting Kath. Like the look of your boxes. I've been painting too. At last I've got round to painting a couple of frames including one in my last DT kit from Jacqui!
