On A Mission...

Hi folks...a busy fun day out yesterday at my local Hobbycraft...a quick 15 minute drive there and back so no worries about getting lost on manic motorways...the car's been unloaded and the demo kit packed away until next year...crikey the cubbyhole is looking decidedly more spacious and the Furry Boy's got his snoozy space back...
and hey I'm now on a mission to nail the last 2 days of homework from Creative Chemistry 102...there's also a Timmie tag for this month's "12 Tags of 2013" to do and then get back to the pile of long neglected goodies...starting off with a gorgeous pile of die cutting magic from my lovely buddy Paula...
shock horror...4 months of Simon Says Stamp Card Kits...
and the dies that I needed so urgently all those months ago...strange how they haven't as yet made it out of their packaging...
I'll see you all tomorrow...enjoy what's left of the weekend whatever you're doing.
Hugs Kath xxx

  2. Good Morning Kath. Looks as if that lovely tidy craft room will not be like that for long. Like you I have things that I ordered and not even used them yet. Enjoy your Day with the master. Hugs Rita xxx

  3. Isn't it funny how we need something and then don't use it for ages. You must have so much stuff it must be hard to know where to start. Enjoy your day x

  4. how funny Kath - its good to know I'm not the only one who buys things and then doesn't use them for months - lol! Well sounds like we're all the same lol! Enjoy playing with all those goodies and looking forward to seeing what you do x

  5. Wow Kath, it's my burning ambition to have a craft room, and when that day comes I hope I can keep it as organised as yours is right now. I'm new to cardmaking, so as yet I don't have too much stash. I'm lucky to have a Hobbycraft 5 minutes walk down the road from me, but the walk back is a killer as it's uphill and I have arthritis in my lower spine and knee. I also have a Range close and I've managed to find some good stuff in there as well, which surprised me!!

  6. Know exactly what you mean about the 'must have dies', but there's something to be said about having an untidy craft space, because every now and then you find something you had forgotten you had bought! Enjoy playing with your 'new' toys.

  8. Good luck doing your final catching up... still haven't started my tags yet, though I have managed to watch some of Days 1 and 2 now. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who succumbs to those "urgent needs" and then can't remember what they were!!

  10. I hate to think how much unused goodies I have lurking around and as my cfart room isn't nearly as neat as yours I've no hope of finding them until I have a good blitz - but just too busy at the moment. Well I've battened down the hatches in readiness for St Jude (just about to arrive in my neck of the woods) garden gnomes safely tucked up in the shed - (only kidding) but anything that may take a turn around the garden is tidied away. (A dustbin lid ended up through my sitting room window back in 1987 and the following year lost my garage roof!) Just hope it isn't going to be as bad as "they" say. Loved your faux cracked glass from yesterday Kath - hope I don't get any of the real thing later tonight.....X
