It's all about flowers...

Morning  folks...you should all know by now that I love love love flowers and just can't help featuring them on cards at every opportunity so here's one I made for a Fiskars project in this month's issue of Simply Homemade...a gatefold card using the gorgeous Alfresco Paper Pad from Craftwork Cards...my favourite Fiskars Squeeze Punch Hexagon
along with the gorgeous Alfresco Candi and Glossy Accents
The gorgeous sunny days we are all beginning to take for granted have been forecast to disappear from my neck of the woods but fortunately the weather doesn't listen to the guys from the Met Office...the batten down the hatches storms just haven't happened...OK we're getting a bit of rain first thing in the morning and then the sun cocks a snoot and puts his hat on again and long may it continue.
Thank you so much once again from the bottom of my heart for all your lovely messages and comments about my Furry Boy...it means a lot to know that you are all thinking of us.
Hugs Kath xxx

  4. What a lovely bright & cheerful card to start the day.
Sky down here in my neck of the woods is very grey at the moment but the temps are still high (Mr Sunshine must have decided on a lay-in this morning).

    Have a good weekend.

  5. A very pretty card Kath. Forecast here in Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire is for heavy downpours and possible localised flooding - monsoon season is upon us! Have a lovely day, whatever you're doing. Hugs to you and Buddy ... Julie xxx

  6. Your card is beautiful Kath, it is lovely to see the inside which they have not shown in your article. Loved Julie's piece too, she really transformed that desk with the Annie Sloan!

The weather here is much the same although the sun is trying to peek through this morning. Take care - hugs to you and Buddy. Anne xx

  11. Just been catching up with your blog Kath. So sorry Buddy has been in the wars and that you had to forgo your holiday. I cannot plan anything either because of a poorly relative (that's where I have been again) so just make the best of each day as it comes. Just in case I have to make a dash (with no internet) I will be thinking of you on Tuesday and hope all goes well. Meanwhile it's off to the allotment for me to tackle the ever growing weeds! love Susan X
