Stitches Part 2...

Hi folks...Day 2 and time for the old crafty enablers to rock 'n roll once again...another day of fun wish list making at Stitches...starting off with a visit to say hello to the adorable Mr Ken Oliver...my favourite honorary Scotsman...
demo-ing his fabulous new Color Burst products
and the amazing Stick It alongside the lovely Brenda and David from Craft Obsessions
then over to say hello to the lovely Lin Brown at Paperartsy...her gorgeous new stamps are right at the top of my ever growing wish list...
a quick scoot over to Decoart to say hi to Andy Skinner and check out this fabulous technique on glass bottles...
and just time to touch base with the gorgeous Marion and the gang at WOW...Hels...Lynnda from Oak House Studio...the adorable Chris Cooke from Practical Publishing (sadly I missed Diane Grimshaw from Simply Homemade...sorry Di...we were like ships passing in the night) before heading off for some "help to splash The Papeterie cash" shopping...woohoo there are some fabulous new exciting workshops on the cards for the coming months....excited excited excited and woohoo I've fallen in love big time with the fabulous products from Viva Decor...nod nod wink wink...can't say anymore...
a quick break to catch our breath and grab some lunch before heading off for the first fun workshop with Leandra and the gang at Paperartsy...a speedy crash course in creating a brayered background and colouring images with the fabulous range of Paperartsy paints...

followed by an amazing "getting mucky" right up my street Decoart workshop with the adorable Andy Skinner...

and before you know we're off to the airport and homeward bound.
I would just like to say a huge thank you to my bestest bud Enfys and her hubby Mike for their warm welcoming hospitality...to all my buddies on the Fiskars team...Caro, Florence, Xavier, Hina, Rach and Lynne...(love you loads...see you again in Birmingham in 4 weeks) and an extra special thank you to all the crafty buddies I met for their fun company.
But it's back to reality and the crafty list...the old body is still in protest mode and I've been sleeping in until 9.30 (unheard of...normally the middle of my day) but the Fiskars Workshop at The NEC is just around the corner...the project has been approved so it's time for this living in the fast lane old crafty person to look out those big girl knickers again and crack on with the kitting.
See you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx
