But hey...it's amazing what you can do with an extra couple of hours in a day even if they are at silly o'clock especially when there's been a happy happy mail delivery. My absolute "have used a lot" favourite Picket Fence Distress Crayon replacements have arrived...we all have favourite "go to" colours which means some will run out quicker than others but there's no need to replace the whole pack...did you know you can buy individual colours HERE from Simon Says Stamp...
and the other items I've been lusting after...Simon Says Stamp gorgeous Spring Flowers and Wendy Vecchi's Repeating Quilt Stencil have also arrived.
and I've been a busy bunny...being bounced out of bed at silly o'clock has it's advantages...
I'll be sharing lots of Spring Flowers projects next week.
In the meantime it's a Friday Girls Outing day and with the wind at our backs...who knows where we'll end up...enjoy the weekend whatever you're up to and I'll see you all on Monday for my DT project for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge and a reminder that you still have time to enter this week's Monochrome challenge and the chance to win a $50 spending spree in the online store.
Hugs Kath and the Wonky Furry Alarm ClockToodle-oo for now

Ooo you have made me chuckle, I know exactly where you are coming from. I have a Westie who does the same thing! Trouble is you check last thing before you go to bed and they won't go. But you get nice and comfy and next minute she then decides she does want to go. Argh! Hee bless wouldn't be without her. Love the stamps and can't wait to see the full piece. Ps. the weather is much same in UK. Feels like winter one minute and supposed to have heatwave tomorrow xx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Kath, always have a chuckle over your posts :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiration,

Stay warm Kath! They've been threatening us with a glorious summer lasting 3 months, but I've heard that one before!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the rest of the project. From what I can see here, it's going to be stunning! x
Do all dogs do that because mine do. I retired at Christmas and having spent a lifetime falling into a shower at 6am was looking forward to a little longer in bed. Who was I trying to kid. Kath I love your blog, it always makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteBuddy always looks as if 'butter wouldn't melt...' LOL
ReplyDeleteIt has turned very Wintery this week so I'm not believing any of the forecasts that a heatwave is on the way.
Those peeks look interesting.
Have a fab weekend.
Toni xx
Hi Kath,
ReplyDeleteWhat is it with our furry friends? Mine was great when we lived in a flat with no garden and she was happy to go out for a quick 'business' walk before bed and then didn't worry about going out until around 8:00 in the morning (and that's when she was a pup). Now we have our own garden she thinks nothing of getting me up at 1:00am only to rush out and bark!! Another trick is to woof at me to get up in the middle of the night to let me know the cat is on the doorstep!! I've got a shiny new catflap on the kitchen door since the council renewed my windows and doors yesterday, so with any luck I can teach BuddyBoy to come in and out and perhaps Madam will decide not to drag me to the back door at dark o'clock!!
Love the new stamps, Kath and can't wait to see the projects next week.
Have a brilliant weekend, everyone...and I'll send up some heat, Kath :)
Bejay xx
Oh you made me laugh! Your fur baby must be communicating with mine--haha! That is one adorable guy! I haven't tried the crayons, but may have to break down & get some. Your peaks are so gorgeous!
