Hi folks...what a weekend...lots of fun although I'm now suffering from square eyes syndrome. I set up camp at the kitchen table on Friday, within easy reach of the coffee pot and barely moved the whole weekend, glued to the laptop screen to watch all the Faceook Live videos from Creativation 2018 featuring the fabulous new Tim Holtz products from Stampers Anonymous, Ranger, Idea-ology, Sizzix, Assemblage and Tonic Studios, the next best thing to walking the show - who am I kidding, almost, but not quite the same as being there in person.
And just in case you're not on Facebook or were abducted by aliens over the weekend, Tim very kindly gave us a very personal tour showcasing all the products and amazing samples. My advice would be to make yourself a cuppa, sit back and enjoy the magic.

And how lucky was I to receive that very exciting e-mail again, inviting me to make samples with the fabulous new 2018 stamp sets for the Stampers Anonymous booth - a huge huge thank you to Tim, Mario, Paula and Stampers Anonymous for asking me to be part of their Creativation Adventure and I'll be sharing the cards I made soon.
I'm finishing off with some FUN photos of my lovely, very talented bestest bud Anne who made the trip across the pond this year as part of the Eileen Hull Inspiration Team and has had the most amazing time at the show. She's definitely a girl after my own heart and couldn't resist squeezing in a Tim Holtz shopping trip to Joanns...they do say a picture is worth a thousand words...
and I suspect she may be travelling home wearing her whole wardrobe to make room in the suitcase...safe travels my amazing friend.
But now it''s tme for me to don the mucky work apron, hit the cubbyhole running and get back to the crafty list.
Toodle-oo for now

I only managed to get to see bits and bobs but wowser, what fabulous ideas, I was truly blown away and to actually see the man himself doing demo's..well, what can I say, amazing...did see your friend on FB having a good old spend up, lucky lady, how wonderful to get there in person....
ReplyDeleteHappy crafting Kath...x
I did the same things, watching FB lives and other videos. Some amazing stuff coming out of Tim's imagination which triggers my imagination. Always look forward to your posts of what you have made. More inspiration. But I think I am keeping the Funky Junkie in business this quarter - at least my wish list would lead me to believe that. thanks as always for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the videos Kath xx Will be back for a proper look over the next few days. I am not at all surprised you were invited back to make samples for Creativation as you always showcase Tim's products so well. Love the picture of Anne...she must be in heaven.....looking forward to hearing all about her amazing time in Phoenix

Lucky Anne, my favourite shop for getting TH goodies. Going to have withdrawal symptoms this year as can't make it across to see my friend. I still have catch up to do on the videos but intend to do that this evening. Thank you for sharing Kath!

Oooo, bet Anne had a fabulous time (that shopping cart looks quite full LOL).

Ha, ha, ha, I should explain that the shopping card was for three of us, it is not all mine (really). I was so thrilled to visit the store, there was wall to wall fabric and lots of other Tim goodies! I was quite restrained (honest). It was so amazing to see your samples in real life Kath!!! The stand were stunning and it was lovely to meet Richele and Paula in real life too, as well as Tim and Mario! Hugs, Anne xx
ReplyDeletePS - strapping is off my wrist so I can type a bit now!
