Tim Holtz/Sizzix Chapter 3 - Special Delivery

Hi my friends, I'm sharing another project I made using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Chapter 3 Numbered 3D Texture Fade and Postale Thinlits, along with an old favourite, Wildflower Stems 1 to gift to a friend who loves her garden. If you missed the YouTube Live launch of Chapter 3, you can check out all the dies and 3D Texture Fades in this very special must-have collection and the amazing inspiring projects from the Makers on Tim's YouTube Channel HERE and Blog HERE.

I tapped Tumbled Glass and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide ink pads on to the Tim Holtz/Sizzix Numbered 3D Texture Fade, spritzed with water and embossed on to a 4.1/2" x 6.1/2" panel of Distress Watercolor card.
I coloured panels of Distress Watercolor card using Antique Linen, Frayed Burlap, Tumbled Glass and Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide inks by smooshing the inks on to my Glass Media Mat and spritzing with water. I die-cut a variety of panels using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Postale Thinlits.
I die-cut the envelope from the Postale Thinlits from vellum, inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress ink and assembled.
I stamped the images from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Field Notes, inked with Ground Espresso Distress Archival, on to the Tumbled Glass card and die-cut using the postage dies from the Postale Thinlits.
I fixed the stamped panels inside the envelope, fixed the envelope to the embossed panel and added Idea-ology Eccentric Remnant Rubs.
I die-cut Tim Holtz/Sizzix Wildflower Stems 1 Thinlits from Distress Watercolor card and coloured the flower heads with Tumbled Glass and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide inks using Distress Blending Brushes.
I sprinkled Stampendous Frantage Aged Black Embossing Enamel to the flower centres and the background and heat set from underneath until melted.
I matted the panel on to Idea-ology BlackOut KraftStock trimmed to 5" x 7" and sanded back to reveal the kraft core.
and placed in an 8" x 10" black frame

Have fun with whatever you are creating
Hugs Kath xxx
