And a certain member of the cubbyhole crew will be mighty glad that the cubbyhole has returned to normal...the poor Furry Boy's snoozing space has been reduced to postage stamp proportions with all the kitting paraphenalia but he's such a star...takes things as they come and always happy to snuggle himself into the only available empty space however cramped.
And with a bit of luck Monday's first task of the day will be to move the big bundle of Fiskars samples out of his snoozing space...they've returned to the cubbyhole for a big "tarting up" operation...after a year of travelling the country...here...there and everywhere...in and out of demo and tools boxes...they're looking a tad battered bruised and downright tatty but with a bit of titivating and replacement of crushed ribbons and flattened embellishments...they'll be looking as good as new and all set for their next outing at the NEC in November.
And talking of samples...a naughty e-mail with a last minute (is there any other kind) magazine commission popped into my Inbox the other day...deadline for posting...TODAY but Mr Fuse and Mr Mojo worked their magic...
and another job bites the dust...
Toodle-oo for now...see you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx
Oh Kath - Buddy looks so peaceful and happy to keep you company whatever the conditions - my little Jack Russell Polly is the same - however, my craft room is still off limits. We had to empty it to install the new furniture so you can imagine the chaos that has caused - bedrooms, landing, sitting room and even our little summer house in the garden has boxes piled up. Cracking on with it again tomorrow - hope I don't crack first. Would love to have come to the retreat, especially as it is my birthday on Saturday - maybe one day I will make the journey and say hello. Hope you all have a super time. X
