Hi my friends, I'm back to share another card using products from Simon Says Stamp Fall Vibes October 2025 card kit. You can check out all the products in the kit, subscribe if you don't already or purchase individual items from the kit HERE.
I created a Vintage Mixed Media card using the Modern Loop Embossing Folder, Tim Holtz/Idea-ology Halloween Large Collage Strips and CZ Designs A2 Grid Basics 4" x 6" stamp set.I trimmed the Ivory cardstock from the kit to 4" x 5.1/4", ran through my die-cutting machine using the Modern Loop Embossing Folder and swiped over the raised detail with an Iced Spruce Distress Oxide ink pad.I created a collage panel using Tim Holtz/Idea-ology Halloween Large Collage Strips and fixed to the card panel using Simon Says Foam Strips. I cololured the petals and flower centre with Carved Pumpkin Distress Oxide ink using a Distress Detailer Brush and added a thin strip of Simon Says Creamsicle cardstock to divide the panel. I trimmed one of the Collage Strips into a square, matted on to Ivory cardstock, trimmed to leave a small border and stamped the flower image from the CZ Designs A2 Grid Basics stamp set, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. I stamped the friend sentiment from the stamp set on to Ivory cardstock, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, inked the edges with Iced Spruce Distress Oxide ink and Scorched Timber Distress Ink using Distress Tiny Blending Tools and fixed both in place with Simon Says Thin Foam Squares. For the last sentiment square, I coloured Ivory Cardstock with Iced Spruce Distress Oxide ink, stamped the sentiment, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink, trimmed to leave a small border, fixed in place with Simon Says Foam Strips and applied Ranger Glossy Accents to the heart. To finish I matted the panel on to Simon Says Dark Chocolate cardstock trimmed 1/8" larger and fixed to an A2 Ivory cardstock card blank.Hello my friends, I think we can kiss goodbye to Summer, the temperature is dropping and Autumn is definitely just around the corner.
