I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to be slightly smaller than the gift bags which came in a pack of 5 from a local discount store. I applied Dina Wakley Ruby Acrylic Paint with a piece of Ranger Cut 'n Dry through Stencil #23
I fixed the die-cut circles and small numbers to the panel using Distress Collage Medium Matte, applied Ranger Texture Paste through Stencil #39 and while the paste was still wet, sprinkled with Simon Says Stamp Antique Gold Embossing Powder. I waited about 20 minutes for the paste to dry and heated to melt the embossing powder. I tapped a Versamark in pad around the edges of the panel and heat embossed with the Antique Gold embossing powder.
I stamped the Purrfect Gift image several times on to Strathmore Bristol Smooth card using Versafine Onyx Black ink.
I fussy cut sections from the stamped images leaving a white border and coloured using Zig Clean Color Brush Markers and a water brush.
I added Tim Holtz Idea-ology Occasions Small Talk Stickers, a little bit of doodling to the die-cut circles with a Sakura Micron Black Fineliner pen and finished off with a Red Crinkle Ribbon bow.
