And breathe...

Hi folks...yeah it's Saturday and the weekend starts here. The cubbyhole crew can breathe again...we've finally nailed all the projects for The Retreat...here's a little sneaky peek collage and no surprise there's a definite Tim Holtz theme going on...
we're taking some time-out over the weekend before we hit the crafty list again...starting with the new products parcel that arrived from Fiskars...
but first I've got a bit of puzzler for you...Mr Dyson is back in the land of the living...what a surprise...perhaps he was suffering from over-work and just needed a few days rest but now I'm betwixt and between whether I should cancel the Dr Dyson appointment or go practice my "genuinely surprised" face. And is the weather going to behave if I decide to hit the car boot trail tomorrow...do I load up the car and hope for the best or do my best "nodding sympathetically" impression and suffer another week of hubby's ranting and raving about the state of the garage...life is all about decisions...decisions...decisions.

    Funny you should say that about Mr Dyson. DH has a mini one for cleaning the car etc., it went on the blink last week, would not work at all. He decided to buy a new one, looked but did not buy one in the end, came home and voila, his is working again..... I say, save your money and cancel your appointment until next time. As for the car boot, it is always good to have more pennies in the pocket to spend on more crafty stuff.... just saying!

    Oh you big tease you!

    I'd say hang on and see how Mr Dyson gets on. If he starts feeling unwell again, you can always re-schedule the Dr.'s appointment :-)
    In the meantime, enjoy not having to crawl around on hands and knees!

    We are into day two of a dry spell but it is very humid.

    Those peaks look wonderful - the Santa crazy bird is soooooooooooo cute.

    I agree with the others - cancel the Dyson Dr. If the thing is working at the moment, why upset it by subjecting it to a Dr's exam LOL.

    Bet you are so relieved that the retreat prep is finished. Hooray!
    Our mini Mr D packed up due to cold weather! When it warmed up, it started again! I say cancel and see how you get on. Have you rung The company? They were extremely helpful and talked me through what was wrong. They will replace broken parts for nothing..... Enjoy week-end. Elaine
