Hi folks...after all the planning...kitting...sample making and travel shenanigans to get here...it's Day 1 of the
Hobbycrafts Show at The NEC and after a hearty breakfast I'll be ready to rock 'n roll with lots of crafty folks at the Fiskars Workshop but first I'm sharing another sample...a desk calendar made using the
Fiskars 3-in 2 Tag Maker Simple Punch...
Double Tag Maker Label & Simple and brand new
Power Punch Flower made specifically to use with thick materials...the kind of materials that most punches turn their noses up at... chipboard/canvas/cork/corrugated card/acetate/shrink plastic and even aluminium cans and milk cartons.
If you're coming to the show...why don't you pop along to the Workshop Area Stand K20 and say hello or if you book into the Fiskars Workshop...you'll be able to try out the new products for yourselves. All the samples I made will either be on Fiskars Stand H02 or the Fiskars Workshop Area...my temporary home from home cubbyhole for the next 4 days.

Love your desk calendar Kath and I am pleased to know you arrived safe and well at Birmingham x I am sure a wee dram would ease all the stress of the day x
ReplyDeleteHave a great time

Hi, Kath,
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely desk calendar! I'm so pleased you survived the train journey with all the changes and that you're raring to go on your first NEC day. I know you're going to have a great time. I'm sad that none of the craft events ever make their way over the Tamar bridge as Cornwall seems to be forgotten by everyone and there are plenty of crafters down here in the south-west.
Have a great time and try to conserve some energy for the long train journey back home.

Oh.. So lovly!
ReplyDeleteSorry, lovely!!
ReplyDeleteKath, it was wonderful catching up with you today and I love the tag we made in the workshop, it will always remind me of my visit. I promise I won't tell anyone about what you and Hels got up to in the gents either - lol!! Hugs, Anne xx
