Simon Says - Make It Sparkle

Hi Everyone...welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. Thank you for joining us for last week's challenge and we hope you can join us this week too because

The first challenge of the month is when the team feature products from one particular brand/company and this month we are using products from PaperArtsy. You don't have to use their products to join the challenge but we would love to see what you make with them, if you have them in your stash.

The theme for this week is...

MAKE IT SPARKLE

I created a snowy winter night scene using PaperArtsy In The Navy Infusions on the background of my card, stamped the cottage and sentiment from Simon Says Home For The Holidays and used the PaperArtsy JOFY PS438 stencil with Distress Grit Paste and Simon Says Stamp Detail Sparkle Embossing Powder to add texture and sparkle.

I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to 4" x 5.1/4", sprinkled on PaperArtsy In The Navy Infusions powder, spritzed with water, let the water work it's magic and dried. 

I stamped the cottage from Simon Says Stamp Home For The Holidays, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink.

I applied Distress Grit Paste through the PaperArtsy JOFY PS438 stencil, sprinkled with Simon Says Detail Sparkle embossing powder and set aside to dry. Once the paste was dry, I heat set to melt the embossing powder and reveal the sparkle.

To finish I stamped the sentiment from Simon Says Home For The Holidays, inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, matted the panel on to an A2 panel of Distress Black HeavyStock and fixed to an A2 white card blank.
