Hi my friends, I'm sharing more cards made with Simon Says Stamp October Card Kit - Put Your Party Hats On using the beautiful Paper Rose Rainbow Whirl patterned paper, the Put Your Party Hats On 6"x8" stamp set and the Rainbow Wheel Clay Circles all included in the kit. The kit is still available to buy at time of writing but you can also, if you wish, purchase individual items from the kit HERE.
I trimmed the Paper Rose Rainbow Whirl 6"x6" patterned papers to 4" x 5.1/4", matted on to Simon Says Black cardstock and fixed to A2 white card blanks. I inked the large sentiment from the Put Your Party Hats On with Versamark ink, sprinkled with white embossing powder and heat set. I inked the sprinkles from the stamp set with Picked Raspberry, Fossilized Amber and Crackling Campfire Distress Oxide inks, sprinkled with clear embossing powder and heat set. I also added thin strips of contrasting striped paper on the edges fixed in place with Distress Collage Medium. On the second card, I stamped the sentiment and party hats from the stamp set, inked with Versamark, sprinkled with white embossing powder and heat set.
To finish I fixed the Rainbow Wheel Clay circles to the cards using Distress Collage Medium and added a coat of Ranger Glossy Accents.
