I used Fiskars 1.5" Heart Power Punch to punch through layers of cardstock to create the Ombre 3D hearts in the top photo. The Power Punches will easily punch their way through lots of different thick materials...corrugated card, cork, funky foam, thick plastic packaging, PVC, balsa wood, shrink plastic, magnetic sheet, aluminium cans and milk cartons to name but a few and it just so happens I have a spare one up for grabs....perfect timing for all your Valentine projects.
So if you would like to put your name in the hat...leave your name with Mr Inlinkz below before 8pm on Monday 1st February and I'll announce the winner on Tuesday morning. In the meantime I'm off to unpack the parcel of new 2016 Fiskars products that arrived in the cubbyhole on Friday...
See you all tomorrow

ReplyDeleteHi Kath,
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful cards! I've never tried ombre at all and would really love to give it a try as the effect is just so lovely. Thanks for giving us all a chance to win the wonderful stamp. I don't have any Fiskars stamps (sadly I can't afford them) but would love to give them a try. I have a pair of scissors, bought when the company was still Wilkinson Sword. These have never had to be sharpened, so far, and still cut like new so I know that any Fiskars items are well worth the extra cash...come March I will start saving up for some...why March? Well, I'll finally be getting my pension and will have twice as much money as I get on my sickness benefit and the money I save with not having to pay the 'bedroom tax' will go straight into my craft fund :)

Beautiful cards, Kath. The power heart punch looks like a great one to own - so handy to be able to cut through thicker materials. I've had my Fiskars stamp press for a couple years. Such a useful tool for stamping accurately. x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards Kath, you are very talented! I would love to be put in the draw for this fabulous punch, thank you!
