Hero Arts Christmas...Day 4

Hi folks...fun fun fun was the name of the game yesterday in the cubbyhole...my gorgeous grandkiddies are on holiday from school and came to spend a few days at Grandma's but what do you do with two energetic youngsters when it's bucketing down outside. "Can we make cards" and here was me thinking it was going to be a get-away from the cubbyhole day. So we had a root around for some supplies and they got to work...making light work of the stamping and die-cutting...guess who'll be on the payroll for the next die-cutting prep marathon...
and you just can't make cards without adding some embellishments...

the finished cards...

they don't quite get the concept that you don't have to use the whole sheet of stickers on one card but hey ho...it's all about having fun. Oliver is giving his to Mummy & Daddy for Christmas...Brodie is hoping to make some cash by selling his to the highest bidder.
And my crafty contribution...
I could tell Brodie wasn't impressed with my tags when he repeatedly pointed out there were spaces and did I want to use some of his stickers.
See you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx

  13. Hi Kath, Brodie sounds like a real entrepreneur already! Oliver and Brodie clearly had fun with Grandma and what a great idea to get them to help you with the die cutting - I am sure Brodie could be persuaded by some hard cash - lol. Your trees are so beautiful, love the addition of the buttons. Crafty hugs, Anne x

  14. ah bless, they've made lovely cards. I know exactly what you mean about the stickers - less is more doesn't come into it when you're little, my nieces overload everything with tons of stickers and glitter when they come to craft with me.
