Penny Black Saturday October Challenge

Hi folks...the first Saturday of the month means it's time to join in the fun over at Penny Black Saturday...thank you to everyone who took part last month and I have apologies to make...although I did visit you all...for some reason known only to that awkward sod called Mr Blogger...he flatly refused to let me leave you a comment...he doesn't half know how to stress a girl out...hopefully he'll be in a more co-operative mood this month.
This month's challenge is a sketch from our lovely teamie Helen
and she's left it entirely up to you where you add your sentiment and embellies...
I can't believe how close Christmas is now..so another card for the Christmas box...just like the chubby robin that's taken up residence in our garden...


As always there are fabulous prizes up for grabs from our very generous sponsors and gorgeous inspiration from the girls on the Design Team so if the weather's mis-behaving where you are too...a great excuse to look out your stamps and inks...stay warm and cosy and craft away to your heart's content.

    The soft colours are gorgeous on this with the red berries really providing a lovely contrast. I delight in scenes like this for Christmas - just very pretty & elegant.
