What's On My Workdesk Wednesday

Morning folks..it's another bleary eyed "what time of the morning is this to get up" Wednesday and in an ideal world my workdesk should have been completely cleared of crafty stuff but if that were so I wouldn't have been able to join in the fun over at WOYWW...the weekly invitation from the lovely Julia to pop in and have a nosey at lots of different crafty spaces from around the world. As you can see my plan to clear the decks didn't quite pan out...I ran out of that valuable commodity called TIME so I've got a pile of things still to be ticked off the crafty list when I get back unless of course the cubbyhole crew get stuck in...why do I think that's unlikely to happen...I do suspect they will be having a "while the cat's away...the mice will play" extra long weekend.

but I did manage to de-clutter some bits of the cubbyhole...

Just waiting for my taxi to the airport and if today's forecast for gale force south-westerly winds is correct...I'll either arrive at Birmingham well ahead of schedule or I may be in for a rocky ride in Flybe's little twin prop jobbie but first I have to run the gauntlet of check-in...will my uber weighty suitcase jammed full of kits make it safely through...my eyes will be transfixed by that digital read out as the numbers flicker skywards...heart in mouth stuff. My fabulous Timmie Tote is all packed and ready go to with the rest of the workshop stuff and all those "everything but the kitchen sink" items that us girls feel the need to cart around...

I love this bag...can't believe how much stuff you can get in it but now I'm thinking I need each and every design to have that all important colour co-ordinating wardrobe look...are you taking notes SANTA !!!

Away from home for 4 nights means I''ll be missing my gorgeous Furry Boy and our de-stressing morning strolls but hey sometimes a girl has to make sacrifices and forego the little luxuries she's used to...don't worry I'll put on a brave face along with my big girl knickers and settle for an early morning dip instead.

That gorgeous bundle of golden deliciousness The Furry Boy will be popping on to keep you company in my absence and I'll be back to catch up with you all on Monday.
