What time of day is this....

Hi folks...what time of day is this to be putting in an appearance I hear you ask...blame the creeping up on us slowly dark mornings and the fact that The Furry Boy's built in alarm clock seems to be wonky...yes the cubbyhole crew have slept in and will be clocking in for work 2 hours late and we're not exactly bright eyed and bushy tailed either. How can 2 extra hours of sleep leave you feeling and looking as though you've been dragged through a hedge backwards and trampled by a herd of elephants.  Maybe I've got a taste for the lazy life after yesterday's yummy lunch...afternoon forty winks and couch potato evening glued to the box or could it be that I'm trying to delay what was pencilled in for today on the list of things to do...starting on the marathon of all marathons...prepping the Fiskars workshop kits for the NEC.
But no point in beating ourselves up...we're ditching Plan A and moving on to Plan B which right now is looking much more attractive...
it's Timmie Tag Playtime again...

no doubt another adapt and overcome job as the cubbyhole's stock of Halloween stuff is minimal to say the least...I wonder if we could go with a bit of a Christmas theme and sneak in a little play with the new kids on the block...the fabulous Snowflake Rosettes...
And if that little plan comes together...I'll see you all tomorrow...no guarantee what time

  1. It probably did you the world of good to sleep in Kath, you will hopefully feel the benefit tomorrow. Love the idea of a Christmassy theme for Tim's tag. I am woefully short too but will make do and mend as usual, have done the base but nothing else yet. Hope you catch up on yourself today. Crafty hugs, Anne x

  2. Hi Kath, yes sleeping in does make you all out of sorts, the old saying "an hour in the mornings worth two at night" is true, but not a lot you can do about it if you're sound asleep. Lots of rain forecast, which makes you want to stay in your bed all day. Look forward to seeing what you make with the snowflake, enjoy your day.

  5. A lie in sounds like a good idea to me. Just had my grandson for a few days so it's been early starts for me.
Can't wait to see your Timmie Tag - love the idea of a little touch of Christmas on there. xx

  6. Snowflake Rosettes look very tempting - of course you need a few flakes of snow with Halloween! Logical - hope your alarm clock sorts himself out.

  10. I think you're right about the dark mornings Kath. I have to get up straight away when the alarm goes or it's fatal. I like to get out with these bad boys before anyone around since they like our neighbour at the farm so much and I don't want to get dragged along the road to say hello!!
