and my plans for a crafty weekend went a little bit pear-shaped...those famous last words jumped up and bit me on the bum once again...no Timmie Tag today...it's on the back burner for the moment due to major adapt and overcome logistical problems...I had a sneaky feeling Tim would be using his new Blueprint Design stamps on this month's tag and was hoping that mine would have arrived by now but it's that sods law scenario...they are on route so hopefully they'll arrive in the next day or two. So there was no crafty stuff to share today and it was beginning to look a lot like my fellow cubbyhole crew member...that golden bundle of deliciousness would be joining you today to impart some of his words of wisdom until I stumbled across a file of cards that I haven't shared with you yet...some bright and zingy creations made for Sizzix way back in August...a little taster of the warmer sunny days to come.
while we impatiently wait for Mr Postie to ring the doorbell...I'm off to play with the new goodies that arrived in the cubbyhole as part of my "Christmas Present To Me" crafty spending spree but there are strings attached...the cubbyhole crew are throwing their toys out of the pram...apparently I've been challenged to turn over a new leaf...why don't you pop over tomorrow and see if I manage to stick to the rules or fall miserably at the first hurdle.
Hugs Kath xxx
Wow Kath I can't believe you forgot about these beauties! Such pretty colours and they do indeed remind me of warmer things to come (hopefully). Enjoy your day whatever you end up doing! x
ReplyDeleteIf i ever could manage to make that many cards at once...I could never forget about them! teehee
ReplyDeleteThey are all great, bright sunny colours that hint of summer.
My favourite is the last tag...it has a wonderful, quirky, feeling to it!
ReplyDeleteTo think Kath you only live an hour up the coast from me your weather has been so different, we had a touch of frost ( like had to scrap the car windscreen ). But nothing like your photo. Your cards are great and the colours just make one think of warmer days.
Have a good crafty day. Hazel
Hi Kath, oh dear to the weather, but oh wow to the gorgeous cards in those beautiful cheery colours! Afraid my whole tag will be an adapt and overcome..... I am intrigued now about tomorrow. Hugs, Anne x
ReplyDeleteOh Kath these are stunning and certainly give us hope that sunny days are coming (if you've a good imagination that is!). Enjoy your Sunday however you spend it. Hugs xx
ReplyDeleteWhere are my sunglasses, just what we need to brighten up a dull, rainy Sunday morning. Roll on summer till we get more colour into our cards. Wonder cards and tags Kath, hope your delivery comes soon.

I'm up in the hills Kath and have less than you. Not complaining mind you. Love your Sunny cardsm gorgeous designs and colours. Carolxx
ReplyDeleteA thoroughly interesting collection - very zingy indeed. Wet here - we were supposed to be on leaf clearing duty but the weather men were WRONG about the fine weather!

Poor you having all that snow still. Hope you are both keeping nice and warm. Hugs Anesha
ReplyDeleteHi Kath, gorgeuos colours to remind us that spring is just round the corner, a gie big corner but I'm sure we'll survive. Hope your parcel arrives soon...Trish
ReplyDeleteGorgeous creations - like everyone else has said hopefully that spring is around the corner and hopefully summer not to far behind! It looks so cold! Hope it warms up for you soon, from a soft southerner!
ReplyDeleteLovely warm projects. What a contrast to your weather. Do stay safe. xx Flora
ReplyDeleteGlad you managed to find these stunners Kath - my favourite is the second/pink one. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
ReplyDeleteLoving those scrabble tiles Kath. X
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards Kath, loving the zingy, summery colours.
ReplyDeleteCan't believe the snow in your garden! When we left on Saturday to go down to Crieff the sun was so bad I could hardly see. Sun visors aren't much help for short people like me!! Been ok here today too but I don't like the look of Monday's forecast.
