Let Life Surprise You...

Happy Friday my friends, I'm sharing a card I made to use up a background I made with Tim Holtz/Sizzix Intertwined 3D Texture Fade, some of the flowers I made using Sizzix Sculpting Foam and Tim's Shaping Kit and a big thank you to Tim, Mario and my sweet "middleman" friend Zoe, for sharing some of the new Idea-ology goodies with me.

I used Tim Holtz/Sizzix Intertwined 3D Texture Fade to emboss Distress Watercolor card, coloured with Frayed Burlap and Speckled Egg Distress Oxide sprays and trimmed to 4" x 6". I trimmed the gorgeous Idea-ology Floral Linen Tape and one of the papers from Idea-ology Worn Wallpaper Scraps to create two banners.
I added pieces of Idea-ology Entomology Collage Paper fixed in place with Distress Collage Medium Matte and fixed a Quote Flair button to one of the frames from the Idea-ology Sticker Book.
I coloured Sizzix Flower Stamens with a black marker pen and added to the flowers I had made previously from Sizzix Blossoms Sculpting Foam, you can check the blog post HERE and fixed in place using hot glue.
I die-cut leaves from the same paper from Idea-ology Worn Wallpaper Scraps using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Fall Foliage Thinlits, shaped with the Shaping Kit and again fixed in place with hot glue.
I stamped the sentiment from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Tiny Text, inked with Versamark ink, on to a scrap of Black Alcohol Ink cardstock, die-cut using Simon Says Stamp Nested Banners and fixed in place with Darice Thin Foam Strips to add dimension. To finish I fixed the panel to a 4.1/4" x 6/1.4" white card blank.

Enjoy your weekend whatever you are doing, I'll be heading over to Tim and Mario's place for another masterclass from my adorable Professor - a Saturday YouTube Live at 9.00am PST, 12.00pm EST or 5.00pm if you're in the UK - see you there.
