Hi folks...you're stuck with the old Crafty Girl again...I have to say my furry partner well and truly saved my bacon last week...stepping into the breach with his week of give-aways and he did a sterling job...just a pity that he's not so talented when it comes to churning out samples. Oh boy what a week...there's been much mopping of the old fevered brow trying to nail deadlines but I made it with a day to spare...oh yes my dangly carrot treat of a day out to the flicks and lunch with girly friends yesterday didn't half speed up the production line and spurred me on to cross the finish line but it didn't quite turn out as planned...the car decided to throw a hissy fit...warning lights flashing on and off as I pulled in at the cinema...then it refused to start so instead of my Friday girlie treat I found myself in need of a knight in shining armour...the very nice man from the RAC who worked his magic and got me and the jalopy safely delivered to our local garage and then delivered me back home. I have to say a big 3 cheers for M&S Motor Insurance Breakdown Cover...the RAC arrived 10 minutes after my call...excellent customer service all round.
Disappointed that I missed out on LES MIS and my girly lunch but hey ho these things happen and there's always next week but work beckons again...the samples may be done and dusted but the dreaded step-by-steps are on today's agenda and that is the mother of all "much coffee and pulling up of big girl knickers" jobs but before I chain myself to the keyboard...we have a winner to announce for the Monthly Monday Ribbon Girl Give-Away...
Well no point procrastinating...the kettle is on...these crafty fingers are ready to hit the keyboard...I'll leave you with a sneaky peek collage of a few of last week's "sprint for the line" projects...
The Furry Boy will be back tomorrow to announce the winner of the HERO ARTS GIVE-AWAY.
Hugs Kath xxx
Aw, shame, Kath (& Buddy, of course) about your trip out, hope the car was easily repaired. What would we do without our knights of the road :) Your collage of sneak peaks is fabulous. Enjoy your weekend. Elizabeth x

sorry about your car Kath but so glad to hear that M&S car insurance/breakdown are good. Can't wait to see Les Mis myself but fitting it in will be an issue!!! Big hugs Rachel xx
