The innovative design of the AdvantEdge Punch System includes slide and lock technology that allows you to keep the paper in one place while the punch cartridge slides from one lock-in slot to the next for a perfectly aligned border...eliminating those costly mistakes and wasting your precious patterned papers. I couldn't find any reference to the weight of paper recommended for use with the AdvantEdge in the literature I got but it did cut this gorgeous and very intricate Winter Frost Border from textured Bazzill cardstock with absolutely no problems...
and with the use of the adapter that comes in the Starter Set...
you can also use the new Interchangeable Border Punches..taking all the work out of lining up the pattern
The new 2013 products will be launched at the CHSI...February Trade Show at The NEC in Birmingham and please don't quote me but I'm assuming they will be available to buy in the UK early Spring.
One day back at work and woohoo I've managed to wangle a day off...the bonus of being the boss lady around here...I'm escaping the shackles...forgetting about deadlines to meet up with friends for a "chicks at the flicks" morning followed by lunch and a blether. We're off to see Life Of Pi and have also got tickets for Friday next week for the film I can't wait to see...woohoo...the movie version of my favourite musical of all time...the FABULOUS LES MIS...Fridays may well become a regular "girls day out" date.

That system looks great! I wondered if it just might be the ticket for those of us who have problems with arthritis. I have a devil of a time using the big MS punches. My hands ache all night after.
ReplyDeleteThis looks as if you can accomplish results without the same level of effort to squeeze the punch together...thereby flaring up your hands or wrists.
Wow can't wait for these Kath another must have - groan!! I saw Life of Pi last night it was brilliant, you really need to see it in 3D though!! xx
ReplyDeleteThe new system looks nice and easy to us. Look forward to that. I can 't wait for Les Mis too. Saw the musical at the theatre so fabulous.
