It's not all bad news...

Hi  folks...the cubbyhole production line has more or less ground to a halt this week because this old crafter has been laid low by a horrible tummy bug...confined to barracks or to be more accurate...the smallest room in the house chatting to Hughie since the weekend and you know it's serious when even the smell of coffee makes me heave. Hopefully the water only diet will do the trick and I'll be back on the Stampers Anonymous/TimHoltz Inky Trail again soon.
In the meantime I'm sharing a canvas I made just for fun with the new 2017 Lin Brown stamps and stencils from PaperArtsy...you can check out all the products and find a list of stockists HERE...


But it hasn't been all bad news in the cubbyhole this week. How excited and absolutely chuffed am I to have been invited to join the Craft Stamper 2017 Design Team...how cool is that and I have my first project featuring in the April issue due out on March 3rd using Lin Brown's new 2017 PaperArtsy products AND the cubbyhole goods received department are happy too because the postie came a-calling with a "Happy Mail" DT parcel from Simon Says Stamp...
and there is one more VERY SPECIAL PARCEL from 2 VERY SPECIAL PEOPLE that I am super duper excited about and it's OUT FOR DELIVERY today...I have a sneaky feeling that I may well be making a sudden and miraculous recovery.

    Even when you are poorly you still manage to inspire me with your art and to make me laugh - I've not heard the reference to Hughie since I was at uni in the 70s, when a Scottish friend used to refer to "shoutin on Hughie". I hadn't a clue what she was taking about, until I realised what a wonderfully onomatopoeic term it was!
    Congratulations on the Craft Stamper post, with all this excitement and all your new goodies to play with I'm sure you'll feel better soon

    I was hoping you might be feeling better by now..... but nothing like good news and happy mail to cheer up with!
