Hello my friends, I'm back to share another card using the Craft Consortium Metal Texture patterned paper and Simon Says Stamp Red Maple Layering Stencils and co-ordinating dies from the Give Thanks November 2025 card kit. You can check out all the products in the kit, purchase individual items from the kit and sign up to subscribe to the great value for money for kits, if you don't already, HERE.
I trimmed one of the Craft Consortium patterned papers to 4" x 5.1/4", pounced Simon Says Stamp Embossing ink through the first of the Red Maple Layering Stencils using a Mini Round Blending Tool, sprinkled with Simon Says Stamp Silver Detail Embossing Powder and heat set. I added torn strips of Tim Holtz/Idea-ology Archives Collage Paper using Distress Collage Medium and a Collage Brush.
I applied Stormy Sky, Vintage Photo Distress Oxide inks and Scorched Timber Distress Ink through the Red Maple Layering Stencils on to Simon Says Ivory cardstock using Mini Blending Tools.
I die-cut the Red Maple shadow from Idea-ology Silver KraftStock and the word from Ivory cardstock twice. I coloured one of the word die-cuts with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink and layered to create dimension.
I sprinkled a mix of silver and black embossing powders on to the background and leaf and heat set from underneath. I fixed the panel to Idea-ology Silver KraftStock trimmed 1/8" larger and matted on to an A2 top folding Ivory card blank. I added the die-cut leaf and sentiment popped up on Simon Says Stamp Thin Foam Squares and added a white hemp twine bow.
Have fun with whatever you're making.
