I created a card using the Narrow Holly Cluster Wafer Dies and EZ Reverse Vintage Christmas Sentiment Strips from the release.
I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to 4" x 5.1/4", smooshed the Pine Pawsitively Saturated Mini Ink Cube on to my Glass Mat, spritzed with water and dragged the card panel through the ink, dried and repeated until I was happy with the background. I placed Simon Says Stamp Extra Large Dots stencil on the panel and applied Pine Pawsitively Saturated Ink randomly using a Simon Says Stamp Round Detail Blending BrushI die-cut the Narrow Holly Cluster Wafer Dies from Distress Watercolor Card, placed on Simon Says Stamp Stamp and Stencil Mat and coloured using Sprout, Field, Pine, Punch and Paprika Mini Pawsitively Saturated Ink Cubes and Simon Says Stamp Round Detail Blending Brushes.I fixed the die-cuts to the background panel with Simon Says Stamp Thin 3D Foam Squares to add dimension, painted Distress Collage Medium on to the leaves and berried with a thin brush and sprinkled with Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Rock Candy Chunky Glitter to give a frosty sparkly look.I die-cut the EZ Strips Reverse Vintage Christmas Sentiment Strips using EZ Strips Rectangle Wafer die.I coloured the white edges of the Sentiment Strips die-cuts using a Momento Black Pen and fixed in place using Simon Says Stamp Thin 3D Foam Squares. You'll find more inspiration from the release on Simon Says Stamp Sugar and Spice Gallery HERE and if you make anything with the release, we would love you to share with us all in the Gallery. If you missed Day 1 of the Blog Hop, you can catch up HERE. In the meantime, I'm off to make myself a cuppa, find a comfy sofa and enjoy an afternoon of blog hopping and be inspired by all the makes.

WOW, I am 1000% smitten with your card, it's absolutely BEAUTIFUL !!! it's a mix of so many things I love, where to start. I love greenery at Christmas and Holly is one of my favorites, actually I love Holly all year around, growing in my yard all year around and inside during the holidays. Your card gave me very vintage vibes which for me is a like a warm cozy blanket on a cold winter day. I love to take pictures and your use of the stencil for the background gave the card a natural Bokeh effect, blurring the background and allowing that Holly die cut to be the focal point it deserved to be, yet still drawing ones eye back to that beautiful background, the chunky glitter & the vintage sentiment strips both further enhanced an already beautiful card. I can't keep from scrolling back up to get another look at your card, it's spectacular and it literally just speaks to me. THANK YOU for sharing both your card and how you achieved such spectacular results.
