For the background I used Postcard Stamp and using masking technique covered the entire mat, then coloured using Tim Holtz Distressed Inks, also inking the edges and curling the bottom right hand corner. The wording is cut from a book of alphabets from HOTP which I have had for years and it never seems to run out. Covered a slide with paper from HOTP and placed an acetate image behind. Added a postage stamp embellishment, a bit of ribbon and three brads.
The challenge this week on Funky Fairy Challenge Blog is a sketch set by Jozza, my Funky Hand Gang mate and I think this card fits the bill and there's nothing like killing 2 birds with one stone, as they say. TAKE NOTE I DID MANAGE TO RESIST ANY DOODLING ON THIS ONE.
