Hello Autumn...

Hi folks...there's no denying it...Summer is behind us and Autumn is just around the corner...the leaves are already starting to turn...I do love the cooler days of Autumn and the wonderful colour spectrum that Nature shares...from beautiful golden yellow...dazzling orange...right through to the richest of reds and I'm sharing another Design Team Project for Inspiration Journal with an autumnal theme...
I had lots of fun building up layers of colour with Tim's fabulous layering stencils and creating texture with my favourite of the new release stencils...Gothic...using Wendy Vecchi's Embossing Paste...
stamping with Distress Paints...a little bit of stitching to hold the Wallflower Vellum in place...finishing off with a Shadowpress banner and a "Paula" bow...

    This is a gorgeous make Kath, the colours are warm and beautiful and I love the way you used the vellum and your 'Paula' bow is wonderful. You will love the texture paste, it is smooth and wonderfully creamy and takes colour very well - have fun. Hugs, Anne xx

    You had me at "hello". What a gorgeous card, everything from the background with the texture paste, the banner, the "31" brad, the perfect flower, and that bow!!! It's all so pretty!
