My Favourites of 2016...Part 1...

Hi folks...I wasn't sure that I was going to carry on the annual tradition of sharing cards and projects from throughout the year but hey I'm on a mission to take my mind off  the remaining tasty titbits in the fridge and that sweetie mountain so I've been trawling through the archives to share my favourite makes from 2016...

  2. Hi Kath,
I know we're only on part one but April is winning for me so far. I really want to try mixed media in 2017 and wish there were classes close to me here in Truro as I have NO idea where to start! Right now I'm collecting supplies I think I will need so when that elusive light bulb finally clicks on above my head at least I'll have something to work with lol.
I've decided that next year I'm not buying any special Christmas food and treats. My Christmas Day meal is going to be fish and chips from the freezer or a ready meal that can be thrown in the oven to heat up. There's only me and my furry family and I got so stressed with everything having different oven settings that I ended up enjoying the bubble and squeak on Boxing Day more than I did the main meal on CD! I'll spend the day in my craft room next year I think, doing something I'm no good at but enjoy so much.
Stay away from all those goodies, Kath...I'll send up my brilliant sunshine sof that you and Buddy can enjoy yourselves outside. My own Buddy is asleep on the floor right in the middle of the room just now, Misty, the dog, is laying beside me on the sofa and the kitten is outside, giving all of us a rest before he rushes back in. I called him Minninnewah which is Sioux Indian for Whirlwind...and never has a pet of mine been so well named. We're all longing for the day he calms down a bit lol.
    Happy Wednesday to everyone.
