Hi folks...the countdown to Christmas has begun. With the big day less than 2 weeks away, I'm slowly but surely ticking things off that all important list...the gift cards for the younger members of the family are finished using itty-bitty scraps of the gorgeous papers and a "Christmas Squad" stamp from the Simon Says Stamp December Card Kit which has sold out by the way but some of the items from the kit are still available to buy individually and I have linked them below.
along with "Merry" from Tim Holtz/Sizzix Retro Merry Christmas Thinlits and Stampers Anonymous Simple Sayings stamp set...
and the gift cards for the big kiddos are done too using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Home for Holidays, Retro Merry Christmas Thinlits along with Simple Snowflakes Texture Fade...
The Christmas Cooking Marathon is now underway and once the Christmas cake is tucked up in the oven...
the annual "cook's perk" ritual of licking the bowl can take place
After our morning stroll to the forest which has been transformed into the most beautiful winter wonderland...
the cubbyhole crew will be taking up residence in the kitchen to make a huge pot of yummy home-made soup and crack on with the rest of the Christmas baking.
Toodle-oo for now

Your cards are like a gift in themselves - I love the font of the 'Merry' on the first set. It really is like a winter wonderland where you take Buddy for his walk, it looks so pretty. As for the Christmas cake and homemade soup - when can I come round please?? Lol! Sounds like you are well and truly on track for a great Christmas day my friend! We are off out to do a few final bits today.... Big hugs, Anne xxx
