Simon Says - Things With Wheels

Hi Everyone...welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. Thank you for joining us for last week's challenge and we hope you can join us this week too because

and the theme for this week is...

THINGS WITH WHEELS

I used the images from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous The Professor 2 and Brushstrokes to create a wheel themed background, Simon Says Stamp Windswept Leaves and Nuvelli Script Thank You Wafer Dies and decorated with flowers Tim Holtz/Sizzix Vault Funky Floral Wreath Thinlits.

I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to 4" x 5.1/4". I inked the circle from tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Brushstrokes with Saltwater Taffy and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide inks, spritzed with water and stamped repeatedly on the panel. I also repeatedly stamped the clock face image from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous The Professor 2 inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and shaded around the edges of the panel with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink using a mini round blending tool.

I die-cut Simon Says Stamp Windswept Leaves from Bronze Vellum and fixed to the panel with dots of Distress Collage Medium.

I die-cut Simon Says Stamp Nuvelli Script Thank You 3 times from Distress Black Heavystock, layered to create dimension and fixed to the panel.

I die-cut the clock hands from Distress Black Heavy Stock using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Vault Watch Gears Thinlits, fixed to the panel and added a Gina K Gold Mini Pearl. I die-cut the flowers from Distress Watercolor card using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Vault Funky Floral Wreath Thinlits, coloured with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide ink using Simon Says Stamp Round Detail Blending Brush and fixed in place with Simon Says Stamp 3D Thin Foam Squares.

I added Gina K Black Mini Pearls to the background and centres of the flowers.

To finish I matted the panel on to Distress Black HeavyStock and fixed to an A2 white card blank.
