METALLIC
A chance to have a rummage in the darkest recesses of the cubbyhole and have a play with lots of stuff that hasn't seen the light of day for years...it's been a long time since I delved into the embossing powder drawer or played with this golden oldie from the Hero Arts 2001 Shadow Collection...Square of Four Backgrounds...
and where did this metal twirly thing come from....
But making the card was the easy bit...the challenge came trying to get a half decent pic with that light reflecting Silver Super Sparkle Powder.
See you all tomorrow

Kath, that lovely swirly thing looks like one of the things my daughters had to decorate their hair. You just hold it onto your hair and turn and it will stay in your hair!!!
ReplyDeleteCard is lovely by the way, as always. Have a lovely day. Sue x

Fabulous CAS card, and so precise with the stamping. Great idea for the centre of the snowflake.

My goodness this is quite striking - stylish simplicity!
ReplyDeleteLove the inked edges of the snowflake with the swirly bit & certainly metal LIM!! Have a good week. Thought of you & your garden as I did battle with the weeds & the trimming of unruly bushes between showers.

A fabulous CAS Xmas card Kath - what a great way to use the shadow stamp - I also bought one of these years ago, and like yours, it hasn't seen the light of day for ages!
