Less Is More Challenge

Morning everyone..just a quickie today...I've gone from inky grungy and getting mega messy back to clean and simple all in the space of 24 hours...it's time to join in the fun with the lovely girls at Less Is More  and the challenge this week is....
METALLIC
A chance to have a rummage in the darkest recesses of the cubbyhole and have a play with lots of stuff that hasn't seen the light of day for years...it's been a long time since I delved into the embossing powder drawer or played with this golden oldie from the Hero Arts 2001 Shadow Collection...Square of Four Backgrounds...
and where did this metal twirly thing come from....
But making the card was the easy bit...the challenge came trying to get a half decent pic with that light reflecting Silver Super Sparkle Powder.
See you all tomorrow

  3. Kath, that lovely swirly thing looks like one of the things my daughters had to decorate their hair. You just hold it onto your hair and turn and it will stay in your hair!!!

Card is lovely by the way, as always. Have a lovely day. Sue x

  9. Fab card Kath. Funny, we buy things and then they never see the light of day but then as we say, if you keep something long enough it will have a use one day. Carolxx

  26. My goodness this is quite striking - stylish simplicity!
Love the inked edges of the snowflake with the swirly bit & certainly metal LIM!! Have a good week. Thought of you & your garden as I did battle with the weeds & the trimming of unruly bushes between showers.
