Penny Black Saturday Challenge...Week 169

Morning folks....I can hardly believe that this time last week I was in Harrogate...where does time go but that was then and this is now and it's time for another challenge over at Penny Black Saturday.  Well done everyone on all your yummy delicious cards for last week's challenge...the lucky winner has been chosen so pop on over and check it out....woohoo it may well be YOU.
The challenge this week is...
FRIENDSHIP
a chance to play with this super cute image I brought home from Harrogate and totally suitable for the horrendous wet and windy weather we've been having in my neck of the woods...

I fiddled and faffed around with this card but it just didn't turn out as I intended but that's what happens when you leave things until the last minute...no time to start over...the "back up against the wall" syndrome obviously didn't kick in this time around...c'est la vie...

    The card may not be how you intended it to look but I love it! Lovely fresh colours and the image is adorable. It's poring with rain here in South Wales so a day of crafty me thinks!

    Well of course i'm sure your intention was grand, but how fab does it have to be - this is such a nice card, I love the papers together, and as you say, what a sweet image. Fresh.

    Such a sweet and adorable card. Love how it turned out! Kath, I just have to tell you how much I enjoy your blog. Not only are you a fabulous crafter, but I love reading your cute and funny commentaries about all the antics that you and the furry boy enjoy. You are quite the lady.     Your combination of spots & stripes is quite striking & I like that little teeny bird & how you've echoed the little flower he is holding with your punched ones. Wet & horrid here today - sunshine one moment & hailstones the next!
