Morning folks...it's Monday all day...a whole 24 hours and that could be interesting as the day hasn't exactly got off to a great start for the cubbyhole crew...the first cuppa of the day was a DISASTER...NOTE TO SELF...it does taste better if you boil the kettle before you pour the water into the cup and it's also advisable to proceed with caution when trying to be smart heating said contents in the microwave...resulting in a speechless rendering burnt lip and tongue...perhaps I should have paid more attention to the motto on this month's calendar page...
and I'm tempted to cut my losses...cancel my plans for the day...pop back to bed...pull the duvet over my head and wait for tomorrow's brand new day but just because my day has already gone pear shaped doesn't mean that yours should too. It's the first Monday of May and that means it's time for the MONTHLY GIVE-AWAY FROM THE RIBBON GIRL ...thanks to the generosity of my lovely chums Mary and Andrea...this yummy bundle of goodies could be yours...

ReplyDeleteI got up at 5.22 to take my DH to the station, (but went back to bed.) He's going to the US for a week, with a big rather empty suitcase. He's bringing me back the new spring colors etc. I love your tags, I'm looking forward to playing with the new ink.

I love your tags, I do like all the colours but I tend to use the Peacock more at the moment but must give the lemonade a try, your tag using it is gorgeous.
