if the truth be told it would have been a 2 minute job if Mrs Fussy Knickers here hadn't been distracted yet again...once the new inks had joined the rest of the gang...the other labels looked decidedly mucky in comparison and you can guess where this story is going...she wasn't going to be happy until all the labels had been replaced and by the time that job was done...any chance of getting the production line cranked up had gone for a burton...so there was nothing else for it but have a little play which resulted in 2 cards for this week's challenge over at Less Is More...
it just so happens it's a colour challenge and the colour in question is...
YELLOW
what a coincidence...another chance to play with "Squeezed Lemonade" and Distress Markers
Hugs Kath xxx
what a coincidence...another chance to play with "Squeezed Lemonade" and Distress Markers
co-incidence my eye...I suspect there's a subliminal message floating around somewhere in this crafty brain...any excuse to play with my new goodies.
See you all tomorrow over at WOYWWHugs Kath xxx
Edited to add: to answer your e-mail questions...the yellow square isn't a stamp...it's made by pressing the ink pad onto the card...cool trick huh and to answer Carol's question...the new inks haven't been added to the Ranger Distress Label PDF yet...
Oh my goodness gracious are these gorgeous. I have pinned the first card because the coloring and composition are just so wonderful.

ReplyDeleteThat poppy stamp is gorgeous and I love the way you've coloured it in. You were quick off the mark with the new DI colours.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realise there was a pdf for all the colours of DI's, I did home made labels but they're not holding up very well at all! Beautiful bright cards, will have to try the trick of pressing the ink pad on to the card, great tip.
