"12 Tags of 2012"....May

Morning folks...it's tag time again over at "12 Tags of 2012"...a little late this month because the King of Distress has been playing catch up...well I know how that feels but how he manages to fit everything he does into his busy schedule is anybody's guess...he's amazing and once again he's pulled yet another fabulous tag out of the crafty hat....
and the cubbyhole crew's version...

.
and talking of tags...pop over to the Letraset Blog and check out the gorgeous tag that the Queen of Promarkers...oh yes you know who I mean...my bestest buddy Debbi has posted for her very first project as a member of the new Letraset Design Team and to celebrate Debbi has a very special give-away on her blog...2 sets of Metallic Markers...to get your name in the hat you can find the details of how to enter HERE
Just a quickie post today...no time for blethering or setting the world to rights...I'm heading over to The Papeterie...now there's a surprise...to meet up with my lovely buddies Debbi (yes the Promarker Queen) and Charlotte for coffee...cake and a bit of a crafty chin wag...then home to pack up the goodies for Saturday's "Wendy Vecchi Studio 490" Art Parts Day..I believe there are a few places left on the afternoon workshop...
"Make An Art Parts Album"
so give Charlotte a ring on 01224 802337 if you want to come along...if you can't manage the workshop you can always pop over in the morning and join me for the free "Make & Takes".
See you all tomorrow for another fabulous give-away
Hugs Kath xxx

I'm loving your tag - I did wonder if you'd be out with the bench grinder for the spool, but I see you've adapted and overcome :)

You've created a beautiful tag and your flowers are great. I wasn't going to play as I have no sewing stamps, but you've inspired me yet again!

Stunning tag Kath! I was wondering if I could have some of your crafty advice?! I have NO mr holtz goodies yet and am going to be investing in some shortly, possibly distress ink pads? I just wondered if you had any advice on the colours to go for as I know you know your stuff!
Thanks a lot,
Laura xx

Your tags lovely Kath, the red is gorgeous on it. Not too heavy, more on the girly side. Love the wee vase.

I was just on Tim Holtz's blog checking out the May tag submissions and had to some over here and tell you how much I love your tag! You did a fabulous job. I really like that you changed the theme and the splashes of red you used. Fab job and TFS!
