But before I head up the wooden hill to Bedfordshire...I have to share the little road test of the Distress Markers I managed to sneak into the crafty schedule yesterday...oh yes manic day or not...everything else on my workdesk was swept aside and oh boy it's definitely LOVE...mind you was there ever any doubt it would be...
a couple of quick huffs and voila....
check out the detail...
I forgot to do the old huffing on the second generation stamping but I love the softness of the detail on this one...
It's going to be another "skidding in by the seat of my pants" kind of day...still have to finish off my DT card for tomorrow's challenge over at Penny Black Saturday but first it's time for my head to hit the pillow and snuggle up with the Furry Boy...see you all tomorrow.
Ok, now the wait for the pens is going to kill me. great looking tag. looks like there is so much freedom to put colour where ever you want on a stamp rather than the whole thing.
ReplyDeleteoh i love this!! i sooooooooo need some of those markers! :)
ReplyDeleteI do not need any more convincing about these distress markers, either! But it sure is nice to see your perspective, Kath! Those tags are absolutely stunning! I love how seamless these markers make color-blending look! ( I need them now!!).
ReplyDeleteThe pens were the thing at the top of my want list from the recent Ranger release.

ReplyDelete...loVely work Kath...what seems to be the best thing about these markers is that you can put the colour exactly where you'd like and still get a super sharp image...I will have to save some pennies and add to my wish list...have a loVely day...Mel :)
ReplyDeleteLovely tag Kath, I love those markers
ReplyDeleteThese look fab. Love the tags. Hope you ge more time to pkay with them soon.
ReplyDeleteJust love the tag...must get practising with my distress markers.
ReplyDeleteI love both tags. Don't you just love the way you can put one colour over another and they do not contaminate the brushes? The jury is still out on the white marker though - maybe I am just not using it right. Looking forward to seeing some of your crafty makes on Sunday. Crafty hugs, Anne x
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely wonderful - love that butterfly. Hope you slept well, does Buddy really fit into bed with you .......on second thoughts don't answer that one!
