Lili Of The Valley Christmas

Hi Folks...I'm interrupting my Hero Arts Christmas week to share a card which is featured today over at LOTV's  IDEAS TO INSPIRE using the gorgeous Christmas Icons Stamp Set that the lovely folks at Lili Of The Valley very kindly sent me to play with...how did they know this would be right up my street...I love creating backgrounds and texture on cards with stamps and loved the detail on these little beauties...

Started off by stamping the bauble images with Versamark and heat embossing with White Detail powder and then lots of Distress Ink blending using Stormy Sky and Vintage Photo..created a mask with the postcard image and overstamped with Chipped Sapphire. Punched a hole through the top of each bauble with a pokey tool and fixed silver thread decorated with self adhesive pearls...then it was time for a little blinginess using Dry Rock Candy Glitter and Frantage Chunky White Embossing Enamel.
love the detail on the gorgeous star and snowflake sentiment icons...
I only managed to get one card made due to work stuff keeping me busy recently but I aim to rectify that situation so watch this space...I'll be back with more LOTV loveliness.
Hugs Kath xxx
