"Christmas With Fiskars"

Hi folks...time to share my last "Christmas With Fiskars" project for the Fiskarettes Blog...now that the cards have been despatched...the tree trimmed and the presents wrapped...the only thing left to organise is the Christmas Menu and decorating the Christmas Table and with that in mind...I made some cute little place setting cards..

using Fiskars "Stamping Wheel" Snowflake Stamp Set but instead of using the Stamping Wheel...I used my faithful Stamp Press...of course you could use an acrylic block...inked the stamp with Versamark, sprinkled with White Detail Embossing Powder and heat to set...added a bow...jingle bells...punched stars and a scalloped square for the name...easy peasy...another job ticked off the list.
And bah humbug...there's been a rather unwelcome visitor in the cubbyhole...the dreaded cold virus has left me an early Christmas present....nasty runny nose sneezy germs and sore throat nightmares so I'm off to rally the troops and hope that Messrs Neurofen and Benolyn along with lots of hot drinks will send him packing.
Hugs Kath xxx

  3. Hi Kath, so very sorry that Mr Virus is visiting you - just time to give him a kick up the backside before Christmas - I hope! The place settings are beautiful and adore those silver snowflakes too. I could not live without my stamp press, it has been a godsend to me. Take care now, keep warm.... Hugs, Anne x

  7. Just getting over a cold and now catching up with all the Christmassy things I should have done last week - just aswell you have been super organised otherwise you too would now be in panic mode. Hope you feel better soon Kath - keep telling yourself "this is only tempory" and then have a large hot toddy. I know it doesn't cure it but after a while you don't care! Love the place settings X

  9. Loving your place cards Kath. I think at our house everybody'll be just grabbing their usual seat before someone else does!

Loved your garden centre pics yesterday. Couldn't figure out which one it was though?
