This project went down a storm and it was lovely to hear all the ideas flying around the table...making it into a wedding invitation...using the pockets for the invitation, the order of service, reply card etc...great idea Tracy or why not make into a Grandma's brag book...a gift for a new baby...the list was endless. This is what I love about doing workshops...providing a little spark of inspiration and before you know folks are off and running full of ideas to put their own creative spin on it.
and the day passed in an absolutely whizz...before I knew it was the end of a considerably busy but lots of fun Saturday...time for me to head home and snuggle up in my jammies for a bit of relaxation before hitting the sack early to recharge the batteries for Sunday's workshops which I'll be sharing tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous colour combination & I'd love to know how to put one of these together. The butterflies on the front are delightful & match the seam binding beautifully.
