The Ribbon Girl Colour Challenge...

Hi folks...the third Sunday of the month means it's time to hop on over to The Ribbon Girls and join in the fun...the colours chosen for this month's challenge are...
PASTELS
and seeing as I still had the fabulous Potting Shed Collection from Craftwork Cards on my workdesk...it had to be a Flowerpot Card using lots of delicious flowers...all available from The Ribbon Girl online store (you'll find the links below)

and now it's time for you to head over to The Ribbon Girls to check the fabulous prize on offer and feast your eyes on the beautiful inspiration from my teamies...
We had a very cute surprise visitor in the kitchen yesterday...poor little fella flew in the back door and couldn't find his way out again...it took almost an hour to coax him outside leaving me with a bit of a clean up job...poop on the lampshade...a broken spice jar and a pot of basil on the floor with earth everywhere...probably a young robin born in the garden last summer and returned to find a mate...

By the time you're reading this I'll be heading off to the
I'm not walking the 13mile or 7.8 mile route...I've volunteered to be a "dressed in a purple T-shirt and Hi-Vis jacket" marshal...ensuring the safety of walkers at my designated road junction and cheering them on their way...crikey perhaps I should have mentioned that some of the time I'm not safe to be let out alone.
See you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx

  4. Beautiful card Kath.

My local craft shop had 3 'visits' from birds yesterday - the poor things get confused and try to fly out through the fixed skylights. Luckily they all returned outside unharmed and without causing any damage.

    Have fun with your marshalling.

    Toni xx
