Fun at The Papeterie

Morning folks.....I had a real fun day at The Papeterie on Saturday....big thanks to all the lovely folks who came along and kept me company at my morning Hero Arts "Be Inspired" demo showing different ways of using one set of stamps.....one of my absolute favourites "Delicate Blossoms"...
and some of the demo cards......

but hey time flies when you are having fun and before you know the demo is over....time to grab a quick cuppa and a bite to eat and get ready for the afternoon workshop.....a big thank you to all the lovely crafters who came along especially the lady who travelled all the way from Inverness...a round trip of 166 miles on a day of lashing rain and atrocious driving condtitions.   They were an absolute pleasure to teach and such fun.   And for all those folks who are regular attenders at my workshops...we only over-ran by 5 minutes....I know an absolute record for me and we even had time for a coffee break halfway through....looks like I am getting the hang of this finally.  Lots of chatting and the conversation got round to blogs with me encouraging the ladies to start a blog and hey ho the lovely Annette has just gone and done it.....mind you I didn't tell her at the time how addictive it can be...she'll find that out for herself....so pop over HERE and give her a lovely blogland welcome.

such tidy work areas.....
and here's what we made.....a sweet desk calendar....

I am having a bit of a Timmietastic day snuggled on the sofa watching my hero on QVC....just getting in Timmie mode you understand.....crikey only 3 sleeps now....excited excited excited and even more excitement to deal with tomorrow.
Hugs Kath xxx

  9. Fabulous cards Kath. That has to be one of my favourite HA stamp sets too. I keep using it.

I had a sneaky peek at QVC at midnight and I'm having a quick look just now. Really need to do some housework though and check these pups. They seem to be even naughtier than ever today!!

  20. I love exploring the possibilities of one stamp - this was a feast for the eyes; thank you so much for posting it. The next best to seeing it in person is seeing it in blog form. Hope you have a rest after all that hard work.
