Back to the Cubbyhole...

Hi folks...do you know what...I'm totally Christmassed out and we still have a week and a bit to go...after a week of decorating, wrapping and slaving over a hot stove...I could happily dig myself a little burrow somewhere and hibernate until it's all over but that ain't an option is it...so before the Christmas Dinner Cooking Marathon begins in earnest...I need a little bit of crafty time to keep me sane. It's going to be a "back to the cubbyhole" day...getting stuck into a little project for Sizzix with an early January deadline...
and if Mr Mojo decides to join the party...I may just make a start on the huge pile of Fiskars "new product" samples for Stitches (CHSI) in February...
Now here's where the "not just a pretty face" comes in...I've been thinking that the more I get done now then I won't feel guilty about having lots of chill out on the sofa days after Christmas...munching on all those yummy Christmas chocs.
But it's time for our morning stroll and hey what about the weather...it's positively spring like this morning. I'm looking forward to a lots of cuppas and cake stress free day with my Furry Partner and Mr Buble for company.
See you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx

  6. Sounds like you have a fun day planned Kath. I'm not looking forward to what I'm pretty sure is going to be a stress-filled day today! After this Christmas is going to be easy. Unfortunately I've still got hubby's card to make and I've got my WRI Christmas meal tonight but hey I'll get there!

  10. Just finished my batch Christmas cards late last night - still got some specials to do. Every year I say I will get them done earlier - but never do. It's like Spring here too - so out in the garden for me to put in tulip and allium bulbs that had to be delayed because of frozen ground. Enjoying the sun while its here! X
