Inspired by Penny Black Day 4

Hi folks...crikey the week sure is whizzing by...Day 4 already of my "Inspired by Penny Black" makes...this time using the sentiments from
to make lots of Washi Tape Fluttery Things...



not so sure about this one but I'm sharing it anyway...you don't always get it right in the crazy world of crafting...
